High-Throughput Interactomics
Proteome-Wide Interactome Profiling
Profiling
Identify compound induced protein-protein interactions across the proteome
Detection
Reveal interactions between E3 ligases and target proteins
Interactome Mapping
Capture degrading and non-degrading molecular glue interactions
Discovery
Screen entire libraries to identify proximity-inducing drugs for therapeutic targets
High-throughput interactomics enables both E3 ligase- and target-centric screening to identify proximity-inducing compounds at scale from diverse libraries. The technology maps global protein-protein interactions and validates degrader mechanisms by detecting ternary complex formation and compound-induced proximity between E3 ligases and target proteins.
This approach reveals compounds that bind relevant targets but are not yet optimized for degradation and delivers mechanistic insights that guide rational compound design and data-driven optimization strategies—providing valuable starting points for early discovery.
